Robert Bryenton
Investment Advisor / Partner
In 1996 Bob started investing in real estate, then in 2008 US Real Estate Ventures LLC was formed. Over the last decade, the focus was on buying small multifamily apartments, single-family homes, mixed-use buildings, and rehabbing and selling properties. This evolved into US Real Estate Ventures LLC’s ability to take advantage of the current real estate climate. The company has either aligned or contracted with experts in the fields of finance, economics, networking, valuation, asset/property management, and due diligence to tackle the challenges of acquiring large multifamily deals. The company has also contracted with seasoned experts owning thousands of units in the multifamily apartment market to mentor and consult on each project. Bob has raised investment equity to purchase more than $200,000,000 in market value. In 2015 discounted notes were added to the investment mix, allowing his investors another option to grow not only their net worth but to increase their cash flow, from throughout the US. 2016 student housing was added, and 2018 assisted living centers came into the portfolio. Bob is also a broker and part owner in several Keller Williams Market Centers. With current investments in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, and Tennessee.
Bob graduated from Plymouth State College with a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Real Estate investing & development.

Gina Hensley RPA, CPM, CCIM

Ms. Hensley established Presidia in 2009 in the height of the economic downturn. Initially focused on receivership projects and distressed assets, Presidia quickly earned a reputation for repositioning assets and creating value for their clients.

With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Hensley has managed and leased retail, industrial/flex, office and multifamily. In addition to property management and leasing, Ms. Hensley has had active roles managing and analyzing development projects, performing due diligence on new acquisitions and acting in an asset management capacity for clients.

She has held positions as the Chapter President of IREM, Chairperson of the RCA and participated on the board of the NC-CCIM Chapter.

Richard Berardinelli
Managing Principal
In 2007 Rich started investing in real estate and formed Ann Marie Michael Group LLC. Over the last 16 years, the focus was on buying small multifamily apartments, single-family homes. The company currently has aligned with Carolina Multifamily Investments as partners. Today, Ann Marie Michael Group is looking to be invested in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. Properties invested in currently or have owned: 3 Single-family houses, Salem, Oregon, 12-unit Multi-Family, Dallas, Oregon and Closed on a 430 unit portfolio in North Charleston, SC. I will be closing on a 119 door Hotel to Apartment Conversion in the 1st Quarter of 2024. As a Managing principal, Richard will continue to focus on property acquisitions and asset management.
Currently, Richard is an active duty First Sergeant with 28 years of service including three combat deployments and has held positions as a senior leader as team NCOIC. His most recent activity includes deployment as the Garrison Operations Sergeant Major and First Sergeant of Headquarters and Headquarters Company.

Michael Butler, MBA
Partner
With over 25 years of real estate investing experience, Mike has been investing in real estate at various levels since purchasing his first property, a duplex, in 1994. Since then, he has remained highly active in real estate investing through the acquisition and sale of single-family rentals and fix and flip residential homes from 1994 until 2014. During his time as a landlord, maintenance, and property manager, Mike has gained invaluable experience dealing with all the ''real world" challenges of owning and managing rental properties, Mike’s experience has given him a great foundation of investment fundamentals as he successfully expands the company in the multifamily space.
In 2018 Mike successfully added Lexington Park Apartments to his portfolio. This excellent value-add opportunity has been steadily providing an 8% annualized return on cash flow and a projected 18% IRR for his investors since the first a quarter of ownership and self-management.

As Managing Principal, Mike continues to focus on property acquisition and asset management of over $8,000,000 of real estate assets to maximize investor return. By working directly with numerous broker/dealers, Family Offices, and private equity firms, he has developed a deep network of private and institutional equity equally focused on adding quality multifamily assets to Firms
Investment portfolio.
